Callie: Did anyone ever think you two were a couple?
Meredith: No, because we screw boys like whores on tequila.
Cristina: Then we either try to marry them or drown ourselves.

My life
Cristina: There’s a club. The “Dead Dads” club. And you can’t be in it until you’re in it. You can try to understand, you can sympathize but until you feel that loss- My dad died when I was nine. George, I’m really sorry you had to join the club.
George: I… I don’t know how to exist in a world where my dad doesn’t.
Cristina: Yeah, that never really changes.
This may be one of the most poignant, perfect bits of dialogue ever written.

I realised he’s my person.
He doesn’t know how to be comforting. He’s not going to rub my back and give me tissues and feed me feel-good-soup or watch movies with me under a blanket. He’ll sit there and make really crap jokes about mucous and tell me I look awful and when I cough he’ll say I’m sexy.
He’ll get the punchline of the jokes I make before I make them, he’ll do my buttons right up to the top because it’s cold outside and he’ll tell me I can snot on his t-shirt if I need to cry.
I realised he’s my person.
Oh, there you are. I’ve been looking for you forever <3
